Our Commitment
IPCC-logo

In response to the urgent call for climate action, we acknowledge the latest IPCC climate science, which the UN has described as a “code red for humanity”. Despite the grave warnings, it is still possible to limit global temperature rise if we act now.

We're playing our part, and all of us must, as rapid and deep emission cuts are extremely important in halving global emissions before 2030 and achieving net-zero before 2050.

And while we ensure that our efforts towards the environment are ceaseless, we’re just as determined in catalysing sustainable changes which ensure a positive societal impact.

For us, our responsibility to preserve the environment comes first. We consistently work towards developing and adopting solutions that are better for our planet. We have taken the following steps to keep the environment clean and free from pollutants

Over the years we have undertaken several measures to bring us closer to our goal:

Customers & Vendors

Relies on the satisfaction of our stakeholders and we ensure that we address all their needs and work towards building trust.

Come first, and it is our constant endeavour to provide them with innovative solutions at competitive prices. Along with our strict adherence to quality norms, we are constantly improving our products and processes by using cutting-edge technologies and enhancing our technical expertise. Confidentially is an important element of customer engagement for us and we code all sensitive customer related information.

To our customers does not stop here. We pursue shared growth, helping our customers to enhance their competitiveness and meet their own sustainability goals. We believe that this partnership-based approach helps establish trust while demonstrating an important element of our value proposition. We proactively communicate with customers to identify their needs and ways in which we can collaborate.

Based approach extends to our suppliers too. We work with individual vendors to improve their processes and bring down defect rates. We hold training sessions on manufacturing standards, and have mechanisms in place to ensure on-time payments. These efforts have helped us build long lasting associations with our suppliers.

Employee

When our employees are engaged and empowered we thrive. We go the extra mile to ensure they have a sense of purpose and feel valued and fulfilled at work:

Our employees are integral to our long-term vision. They actively participate in business plans and are empowered to make decisions that drive us forward. We believe our success hinges on their involvement, so our in-house committees include members from all levels and functions. Regular events keep everyone engaged with each other and the company

Training is vital for building awareness about systems, technologies, products, and policies. From day one, employees undergo structured on-the-job and classroom training, with opportunities to upskill and develop leadership abilities. Beyond job-related topics, we offer workshops on healthcare, wellness, and emotional well-being, ensuring holistic growth. We also organize events on environmental protection, climate change, and safety to raise employee awareness

We cultivate a culture of accountability for both personal and co-worker safety, supported by our voluntary memberships in the National Safety Council and British Safety Council. Our efforts have significantly reduced mishaps, moving us closer to an accident-free environment. Through continuous learning, we develop best practices in safety and health, guided by a clear EHS policy and SOPs. Regular internal and external safety audits enhance process effectiveness, operational efficiency, and safety standards.

In addition to safety, we prioritize employee health. Every team member undergoes a medical examination, followed by consultations and counseling to promote overall wellness for themselves and their families.
