      The Project Manager will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client relationship management.       Key Responsibilities
      • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and grow market share in existing sectors.
      • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the precious metals industry.
      • Client Acquisition: Lead the effort to identify, approach, and secure new clients, including multinational corporations, industries, and government contracts.
      • Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential partners to foster business opportunities.
      Qualifications and Requirements
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
      • Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the precious metals, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
      • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of precious metals refining, trading, and industrial applications (e.g., automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics).
      • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying and closing large-scale business opportunities, particularly in a B2B environment.
      • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
