        Position Overview

        The Project Manager will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client relationship management. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to identify new opportunities for revenue generation within the precious metals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding Hindustan Platinum's presence globally and deepening our relationships with key clients.

        Key Responsibilities
        • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and grow market share in existing sectors.
        • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the precious metals industry.
        • Client Acquisition: Lead the effort to identify, approach, and secure new clients, including multinational corporations, industries, and government contracts.
        • Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential partners to foster business opportunities.
        Qualifications and Requirements
        • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
        • Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the precious metals, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
        • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of precious metals refining, trading, and industrial applications (e.g., automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics).
        • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying and closing large-scale business opportunities, particularly in a B2B environment.
        • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
