    Pioneered bimetal rivets for the Indian market—transforming the electrical contacts industry.

    1973

    The Company is incorporated through equity and technical partnership—establishing the foundation for long-term value creation.

    1961

    The Choksi family takes full ownership, ushering an era of bold, innovation-led growth.

    1976

    Pioneered getter gauzes and catchment systems in India—boosting process efficiency and metal recovery in the fertilizer industries.

    1985

    Entered a major growth phase with the commissioning of three advanced manufacturing units in Navi Mumbai and substantial R&D investments across new and existing business lines.

    1999–2005

    Pioneered sputter targets in India, revolutionizing gold plating with superior quality, longer life, and lower precious metal usage.

    1996

    Initiated our long-term shift to renewable energy with a significant 4.5 MWp investment in wind power infrastructure.

    2004

    Certified to ISO 9001 in our Electrical Contacts business—embedding international quality benchmarks and launching a company-wide drive for excellence

    2005

    Certified to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for the Electrical Contacts business, ensuring environmental and safety compliance.

    2015

    Our Navi Mumbai refinery gets listed on the coveted London Platinum & Palladium Market (LPPM) Good Delivery list for platinum and palladium.

    2014

    Guided by the values behind the company’s legacy, the founders established the Choksi Charitable Foundation (CCF).

    2015

    Our Navi Mumbai refinery joins the (LBMA) Good Delivery list for silver

    2016

    Acquired ABB’s electric contacts facility in Humacao, further enhancing our commitment and service to customers in North and South America.

    2019

    Undertook our largest infrastructure upgrade at the Navi Mumbai facility—bolstering technology, quality, and operational capacity to serve customers worldwide

    2018

    Received ISO 17025:2017 accreditation by NABL as India's first and only testing laboratory authorized to certify high-purity platinum group metals along with gold and silver

    2020

    Affirming our commitment to sustainability and responsible growth, we earned our first EcoVadis certification.

    2022

    Exponentially scaled production at our Navi Mumbai refinery to deliver even greater value to our customers as we enter our next growth chapter.

    2023

    Received AEO T2 certification—enhancing trade facilitation and global compliance.

      • Client Acquisition: Lead the effort to identify, approach, and secure new clients, including multinational corporations, industries, and government contracts.
      • Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential partners to foster business opportunities.
      Qualifications and Requirements
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
      • Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the precious metals, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
      • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of precious metals refining, trading, and industrial applications (e.g., automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics).
      • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying and closing large-scale business opportunities, particularly in a B2B environment.
