Supply Chain Management
Secure, compliant logistics for high-value and regulated materials. Strategically located near major Indian ports and airports, we enable faster global routing with DG certification, AEO T2 status, and full customs readiness—ensuring traceable, low-risk exports and imports of precious metals, spent catalysts, scrap, and chemical intermediates.
Compliance and Certifications
Dangerous Goods and Restricted Materials Handling
Hazardous and regulated shipments are handled by DG-certified specialists across domestic, air and sea movements. This includes spent catalysts and precious-metal or hazardous materials, managed in compliance with country-specific DG norms and applicable safety, environmental, and trade regulations. Movements under advance licenses, EPCG, and other frameworks are executed with controlled handling and reduced regulatory risk.
AEO T2 Certification and Export House Status
AEO T2 certification and Three Star Export House status enable streamlined customs processes, priority assessment, reduced dwell time, and enhanced cargo security at all Indian ports and airports. These certifications also support deferred duty payment and bank guarantee schemes, improving efficiency for eligible high value shipments.
International Reach and Logistics Execution
Global Reach and Strategic Location
Operating across 50+ countries and five continents, our facility near Nhava Sheva—with access to Mumbai and Ahmedabad airports—enables faster routing, flexible trade lanes, and dependable turnaround. The network supports sourcing from global refiners and the export of refined precious metals and catalysts, with planned imports of used catalysts from the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Tailored Strategy and Responsive Logistics
Logistics solutions are designed around shipment specific compliance, packaging, documentation, and security requirements. This approach supports high value and regulated cargo, including spent catalysts, precious metal sponge or bars, and chemical intermediates. Each movement follows defined controls for transport security, documentation accuracy, and regulatory approvals to maintain traceability and material integrity.
Storage, Security, and Packaging
Warehouse Management System
A fully digital Warehouse Management System, supported by an Automatic Storage and Retrieval System, enables faster receiving and accurate inventory control. Integrated weighing captures weight data automatically, supporting precise metal accounting and traceability from receipt through refining and final output.
Strong Rooms and Security Controls
High-value inventory is secured in strong rooms with tightly controlled access, surveillance, and robust audit and reconciliation processes. Controls include multi-factor access, continuous monitoring, automated weight and assay matching, and daily reconciliations to reduce operational risk.
Packaging Solutions
Packaging is designed for secure, compliant movement and improved sustainability. Wooden crates are being replaced with recyclable or compliant alternatives. For precious metal catalysts and final metal products, packaging is tamper proof, returnable or recyclable where feasible, and aligned to regulatory requirements.
Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Governance
Sustainable Procurement
Procurement decisions support responsible sourcing, regulatory compliance, and sustainability objectives. Suppliers are prioritised based on environmental responsibility, safety practices, labour standards, and resource efficiency aligned with operational and ESG requirements.
Conflict Mineral Policy and Sustainable Procurement Policy
Conflict Mineral and Sustainable Procurement Policies ensure ethical, traceable sourcing aligned with international precious metal, LPPM, and LBMA Good Delivery standards. Preference is given to suppliers supporting recycling, safe hazardous material handling, and transparent documentation.
Digital P2P Cycle and Vendor Management Portal
A digital Procure to Pay cycle and vendor portal streamline workflows, reduce paper use, and strengthen compliance. The system supports supplier onboarding, compliance checks, audit trails, and real time communication, improving traceability and operational clarity.
Supplier Code of Conduct and Supplier Collaboration
A Supplier Code of Conduct defines expectations on safety, environmental performance, ethics, and regulatory compliance. Supplier engagement focuses on quality, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
