Sampling and Analysis
We have state-of-the-art sampling systems that vibro-screen industrial waste bearing precious metals into mains, fines, and oversized, with samples drawn from these streams. Depending on the type, state, and condition of the material, the appropriate sampling method—probe, coning and quartering, or mechanical—is applied to ensure true representation. Our NABL-accredited, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory provides accurate, traceable testing of precious metals using gravimetric analysis, fire assay, Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy (ICP), and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). Customers or their representatives are welcome to be present throughout, reinforcing transparency and confidence.

Reclamation and Refining
Based on material composition and concentration, we apply appropriate hydrometallurgical or pyrometallurgical processes to ensure maximum recovery, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Recovered metals are refined to LBMA/LPPM-grade international purity standards with full traceability, making them ready for critical applications. In-house effluent treatment and scrubbing systems ensure all residual materials are handled in strict compliance with environmental laws, reducing emissions and minimizing carbon footprint.
Precious Metal Management
Refined metals can be delivered in customer-specified forms — sponge, ingots, salts, or precursors — or drawn from our portfolio of products, manufactured to precise specifications and backed by a Certificate of Analysis confirming compliance with global purity standards. Customers may also choose electronic pool account credits for speed and flexibility, or secure physical delivery with full documentation and traceability, ensuring seamless integration into their value chains.

We make transparency a standard, not a choice. Customers are invited to be present at sampling, independent laboratories can verify results, and every lot is supported by a Certificate of Analysis and complete traceability records. This open-book approach eliminates uncertainty, strengthens trust, and ensures that outcomes are consistently accurate and accountable.
As secondary refiners, we extend the lifecycle of metals by reclaiming them from spent catalysts and residues, reducing reliance on primary mining. Our approach combines responsible sourcing with circular operations, backed by clear climate goals: net-zero Scope 1 & 2 by 2040, Scope 3 by 2045. Already, renewables generate more than 8 GWh annually and our Zero Liquid Discharge system recycles ≥95% of water, cutting freshwater dependency by over 30%. Acting as a plug-and-play sustainability partner, we embed ESG progress directly into customers’ value chains.
Door-to-door Service
Customer
We begin with the receipt of industrial waste containing precious metals and other precious metal-bearing material, logged and verified for traceability and customer assurance.
Homogenizing & Sampling
Materials are homogenized using methods like incineration, sieving, grinding, or melting to ensure consistency. Our automated, unmanned sampling system can handle 20–25 drums per hour, separating inputs into Main, Fines, and Oversize streams. Representative samples are drawn live and shared for parallel evaluation by us, the customer, and third-party labs (if applicable).
Metal Analysis & Evaluation
Our in-house laboratories use both classical (gravimetric, fire assay, titration) and advanced (ICP emission spectroscopy, AAS) techniques to determine metal content and impurity profiles. We invite clients to participate in or observe this process to ensure full transparency and trust.
Settlement
Based on the final analysis, we present a detailed report to the client for approval. Settlement is completed promptly, either through metal return, toll refining, or outright purchase—based on prior agreement.
