Client Acquisition: Lead the effort to identify, approach, and secure new clients, including multinational corporations, industries, and government contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the precious metals, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of precious metals refining, trading, and industrial applications (e.g., automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics).
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying and closing large-scale business opportunities, particularly in a B2B environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
